Please stop autoplaying your songs at maximum volume

A modest proposal. I have opened eleven profiles today. Eleven videos began at once, at full volume, with no warning, three of them the same video. I understand that a profile video is a form of self-expression. I have one. It is on my page. It is a four-minute shot of a man playing a cello in a field. That took me forty minutes to find and I am not asking anyone else to do that. I am asking for one thing: turn it down before you save it. That's all. Go back to your evening. (To be clear I am not going to turn mine off. That would be hypocrisy of a kind I'm not capable of.)
